    〔摘要〕 隨着国内疫情逐渐稳定、进入常态化疫情防控时代，公立医院的社会责任和公益性作用需要进一步确保和发挥，而确保其常态化防控的稳定和提质，其日常监督体系的作用不用忽视。公立医院日常监督体系的完善，需要在确保思想引领的正确性，坚守健康事业的公益性基础上，坚持政治引领原则、组织保障原则、责任落实原则，完善制度、推进靠前监督、构建过程闭环，充分发挥公立医院纪检部门的监督功能，助推常态化疫情防控体系的形成及其作用的发挥。

    〔Abstract〕 As the domestic epidemic situation gradually stabilized and entered the era of normalized epidemic prevention and control， the social responsibility and public welfare role of public hospitals need to be further ensured and brought into play.
