    〔摘要〕 根据临床病历资料和胡不群教授的诊治经验，探究麻黄汤冷服治疗特发性耳聋的机制。寒邪客于肺与肤腠之间，令肺气壅滞，宣肃失司，清阳之气不能出上窍以养之，上窍又为浊阴寒邪之气所壅蔽，致九窍不通而发耳聋。治以发散寒邪、宣肺降浊开窍，方用辛温发散之第一方麻黄汤，并采用寒冷之气与阻塞清窍之浊阴寒邪同气相引，既避其格拒，又令药直达病所的冷服法，临床疗效显著。麻黄汤冷服后，若伴有脾虚，用益气聪明汤以聪明耳目;若伴有肾虚，用金匮肾气丸补肾填精通窍。并附验案二则以佐证。
