    〔摘要〕 目的 探讨不同住院医师规范化培训(住培)轮训方案对中医硕士专业学位研究生成绩的影响。方法 2018级409位硕士研究生为改革组，采用三阶段轮训方法;2017级386位硕士研究生为对照组，采用两阶段轮训方法，比较两组住培学员出科考核成绩、年度考核成绩及住培学员、带教老师、跟诊老师满意度。结果 改革组住培学员平均出科成绩、年度考核成绩优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 改革的轮训方案可提高住培学员出科成绩与年度考核成绩，提高住培学员与跟诊老师对方案的满意度。
