    〔摘要〕 基于“治未病”理论的指导，常小荣教授提出了以湖湘五经配伍为特色的灸法，其应用独具特色。本文以心脑血管疾病的三级分级预防为例来阐述，首先常教授在治法上，以湖湘五经配伍为特色，以“大五经理论”和“广五经理论”为主，以经脉、经穴和脏腑间的五行配伍、生克制化来和五行、控五经和调五脏，重点落在心、肝、肾三脏上，配以王琦教授的九种体质学说，针对易好发心脑血管疾病的体质辨证选穴。同时，常教授以灸法为主要干预手段，配合时令施灸，来达到通补结合、扶正祛邪的功效。
