〔摘要〕 近日，湖南多地出现新冠肺炎疫情，湖南省新冠肺炎中医药防治专家组在总结前期治疗新冠肺炎经验的基础上，结合湖南省特有的地域及气候特点，制定了《湖南省新冠肺炎疫情防控中医药诊疗方案(2021年第二版)》。新版方案考虑到湿热暑三邪对疫疠之气的影响，疫疠之邪与湿热暑邪交织为患，则与往常致病特点稍有不同。方案包括预防方案及治疗方案，治疗方案按照无症状感染者、轻型、普通型、重型、恢复期5个分期8个证型进行辨证处方。本文对此次病邪特点、预防方案及治疗方案进行一一解读。
