    〔摘要〕 钟新林教授认为骨髓增生异常综合征病因以脾肾不足、气血亏虚为基础，复感邪毒。病机特点为正虚邪实。治疗以“病证结合，中西并用”“扶正祛毒，动态论治”“化裁古方，灵活应用”为法，以芪贞补血汤为基础方随证加减。通过列举钟教授治疗骨髓增生异常综合征医案2则，总结钟教授运用中医药治疗骨髓增生异常综合征的经验。
