    〔摘要〕 心肌线粒体损伤是心力衰竭病理生理机制的重要环节之一，线粒体保护途径已成为防治心力衰竭损伤的研究热点。中医药能够通过稳定线粒体膜电位、增强呼吸链复合体活性、调节钙浓度、减轻氧化应激、调控细胞凋亡、保护mtDNA等作用来减轻心力衰竭对心肌线粒体的损伤。本文就近年来中医药改善心力衰竭心肌线粒损伤研究进展作一综述，以期为中医药防治心衰提供客观的科学依据。
