    〔摘要〕 王行宽教授倡导张仲景“病脉证治”的中医学诊疗模式，首要辨病，次要辨证，证从脉出，然后处方。本文简要梳理了中医学诊疗模式的发展与演变，论述了对当下“辨证论治”诊疗模式的思考与困惑，对“病脉证治”的诊疗模式进行了探讨和展望。

    〔Abstract〕 Professor Wang Xingkuan advocates Zhang Zhongjings traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment model of “disease and pulse syndrome treatment”. The first step is to differentiate the disease， the second is to differentiate the syndrome， and the syndrome emerges from the pulse， and then to create the prescription. This paper briefly summarizes the development and evolution of the TCM diagnosis and treatment model， discusses the thinking and confusion of the current diagnosis and treatment model of “diagnosis and treatment based on syndrome differentiation”， and discusses and prospects the diagnosis and treatment model of “disease pulse syndrome treatment”.
