    〔摘要〕 小儿时疫的发病与体质类型密切相关，基于历代医家对小儿体质及时疫的论述，探讨小儿时疫的病因病机及相应治法。正虚为本，时邪疫毒为标是小儿时疫发病的核心病机，素体气虚者，卫外不固发为风疫;阳多阴少者，温热浊毒外侵发为温疫;阴多阳少者，寒湿疫毒侵袭发为寒湿疫。治疗当以祛邪为要，扶正为本，相应予消风、清热、祛湿之法，使正气得复，邪去自安。

    〔Abstract〕 The incidence of children's epidemic is closely related to the type of physique. Based on the discussion of children's physique and epidemic by doctors of the past dynasties， the etiology， pathogenesis and corresponding treatment methods of children's epidemic are discussed. Deficiency is the root， and the seasonal pathogens and epidemic toxin as treetop of the disease is the core pathogenesis of the children's epidemic. Those with deficiency of Qi in the body will cause wind epidemic; those with excess Yang and less Yin will cause fever epidemic; those with more Yin and less Yang， the infection of cold and damp disease virus will cause cold and damp epidemic. The treatment should be based on eliminating the evils and strengthening vital Qi， and correspondingly give the methods of eliminating wind ......
