    〔摘要〕 随着化疗在癌症中的广泛应用，患者的生存率大大提高。然而，抗癌治疗往往也是导致卵巢早衰(premature ovarian failure， POF)的重要原因。目前认为，化疗药物可以通过诱导卵巢细胞凋亡、加速原始卵泡激活、增加卵巢微血管损伤而导致原始卵泡池(primordial follicles， PMFs)减小，进而引发POF和不孕。化疗源性POF西医病机复杂，但中医药亦可从“虚”和“瘀”论治。通过归纳整理化疗药物与卵巢损伤之间的联系，运用现代科学技术研发中医药，对于预防POF和保护女性生育能力至关重要。
