    〔摘要〕 针灸治疗阿尔兹海默病(Alzheimer’s disease， AD)具有早期性、安全性、有效性、良性双向调整的优势。根据AD发病的不同病因病机特点，学者们将其和针灸理论相结合， 提出不同的针灸治则和选穴处方，如嗅三针法、益肾调督针法、三焦针法等。不同学术思想的出现往往有利于百家争鸣，就不同针法治疗AD进行综述，可为临床提供一定的理论基础。
