    〔摘要〕 目的 探討《傅青主女科·种子》治疗不孕症的用药规律及学术思想。方法 收集整理《傅青主女科·种子》中10首方剂的所有药物，规范其中的中医学术语及用药剂量后建立Excel数据库，采用中医传承辅助平台软件(V3.0)对其处方进行关联规则分析，总结《傅青主女科·种子》治疗不孕症的用药规律。结果 治疗不孕症10首方剂中共使用中药38种，所使用中药频率前8位的依次为白术、人参、巴戟天、茯苓、当归、白芍、熟地黄、肉桂。药物功效分类中，补益药最多，收涩药次之。获得治疗不孕症药对组合12条，涉及药物7味。结论 《傅青主女科·种子》治疗不孕症用药以补虚扶正为主，重视脏腑辨证，尤其重视补益肾、脾、肝，善用白术、人参、巴戟天等补益药;以固涩收敛为辅，活用覆盆子、山茱萸等药;补益气血，善用药对;用药平稳纯和，主次分明;重视药物的炮制方法，增效引经。为中医临床治疗不孕症提供用药参考。

    〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the medication rules and academic ideas for treating infertility in Fu Qing-zhu Nvke·Zhongzi. Methods All drugs of the 10 prescriptions in Fu Qing-zhu Nvke·Zhongzi were collected and sorted. Chinese medicine terms and dosage were standardized， then Excel database was established. The traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistant platform software (V3.0) was used to perform association rule analysis on the above prescriptions. The law and medication experience of Fu Qing-zhu Nvke·Zhongzi in treating infertility were summarized. Results A total of 38 kinds of drugs were used in 10 prescriptions for the treatment of infertility.
