    〔摘要〕 冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病，简称冠心病，是临床上常见的心血管疾病之一，可归属于中医学胸痹心痛范畴。刘如秀教授认为胸痹心痛病在心脉，根于肾，与五脏邪气相关。在治疗胸痹心痛时，刘教授强调应从心肾调理入手，多采用滋肾活血法，兼顾五脏气机，谨慎调之，方能达到显著的临床疗效。刘教授临床常使用滋肾活血方加减治疗，临床疗效显著。

    〔Abstract〕 Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease， referred to as coronary heart disease (CHD)， is one of the common cardiovascular diseases in clinical practice， which can be attributed to the category of chest pain in traditional Chinese medicine. Professor Liu Ruxiu believes that angina pectoris of CHD is expressed in heart， but originated from the kidney actually， and its pathogenesis is related to the pathogenic factor of five viscera. Professor Liu emphasizes that the treatment of angina pectoris of CHD should adopt the method of nourishing kidney and activating blood circulation carefully， starting from the conditioning of heart and kidney， and taking into account the five viscera， careful adjustment， in order to achieve significant clinical efficacy.
