    〔摘要〕 从中医学角度分析探讨糖尿病肾病(diabetic kidney disease， DKD)与糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy， DR)之间的相关性，为中医药防治DKD、DR提供一定的临床指导。基于各医家认识及现代研究，首先，DKD及DR均为消渴病的并发症阶段，具有相似的病因、共同的发病基础及致病因素，存在相同的偏颇体质;其次，两者均属于糖尿病微血管病变，微循环在结构、功能上与中医玄府及络脉极为相似，均可归属于玄府及络脉病变范畴，遵循络病及玄府病变的基本病理变化;最后，肝肾同源于精血，两者的发生发展均与肝肾两脏密切相关。“眼肾同治”即为“肝肾同治”的延伸，可为两者辨体识治、未病先防提供依据;为从“络”论治、从玄府论治奠定基础;为脏腑辨治、遣方用药提供思路。DKD与DR存在共性病因病机及证治特点，明确两者的内在联系，有助于中医整体、系统治疗疾病。
