    〔摘要〕 公立医院是我国医疗服务体系的主体，公立医院高质量发展有利于提高人们健康水平，促进健康中国建设。新医改以来，湖南省公立医院改革取得了明显成效，但仍存在内涵式发展动力不足、学科建设相对滞后、医疗资源分布不均衡等问题。为促进湖南省公立医院高质量发展，应以现代医院管理制度建设为抓手，以学科建设为核心，以均衡医疗资源配置为突破口，进一步深化公立医院改革。
