肌肉协同理论在脑性瘫痪儿童运动功能障碍分析中的应用与展望
刘梦君 祁芳 曹倩茹 凌晨 张泓〔摘要〕 “肌肉协同”被认为是中枢神经系统控制骨骼肌完成各种动作的最小受控单位,是大脑控制运动的一种高效策略。近年来,许多研究表明肌肉协同的异常改变能在一定程度上反映不同类型脑功能损伤的机制和特征等相关信息,这为脑性瘫痪患者运动表现的异常提供了控制层面的直接解释,成为国内外研究脑性瘫痪运动功能障碍评估的热点之一。本文就肌肉协同理论及其在脑性瘫痪运动功能评估与康复中的应用展开综述,为临床上基于肌肉协同理论进行相关评估与研究提供一定的参考。
