    〔摘要〕 湖湘针推学术流派作为最具湖湘特色的针灸推拿学术群体，经过几代人的传承与创新，形成了五经配伍、针经治脏的学术思想，即采用针刺我经、子经、母经、我克经、克我经治疗疾病。基于五经配伍、针经治脏的思想指导探讨针刺治疗慢性前列腺炎，为临床治疗该病提供新的思路。
