    〔摘要〕 基于六经辨证体系中“三阳合病”理论，提出慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重(acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease， AECOPD)可见三阳合病，当三阳合治。AECOPD因其常由外感诱发，故可见太阳表证;邪气入里，可见少阳半表半里证与阳明热证。痰饮水湿为AECOPD的重要病理产物，故AECOPD三阳合病亦常兼太阴。临证时应重视辨别三阳病各自的程度轻重及痰、饮等病理产物的兼夹，酌情选用大青龙汤、小青龙加石膏汤、麻杏石甘汤、小柴胡汤、小陷胸汤、千金苇茎汤等方剂进行合方加减，以达到外解太阳之邪、内清阳明之热、中和少阳之枢的功效，及时减轻症状，控制病情发展。
