    〔摘要〕 结直肠癌为临床常见恶性肿瘤。何永恒教授认为结直肠癌病机为本虚标实。“虚”为本虚，多为五脏亏虚，尤其以脾肾亏虚最明显，临床上以健脾补肾为要;标实则主要为“毒”，根据其病理因素又可分为癌毒、湿毒、热毒、痰毒、瘀毒，据此提出解毒八大法则，分别为以毒攻散癌毒法、清热除湿解毒法、化痰软坚解毒法、活血化瘀解毒法、益气扶正解毒法、养血活血解毒法、滋阴温阳解毒法和健脾补肾解毒法;并创制“天马颗粒剂”，临床疗效明显。
