    〔摘要〕 中医学是中国的传统医学，是中华民族传统文化的瑰宝，数千年来在重大疾病及传染病的防治中起到了重要作用。在新型冠状病毒(简称“新冠肺炎”)疫情初始阶段，尚无特效治疗药物，中医参与新冠肺炎疫情的防治取得了较好的临床疗效，但在面对突发性公共卫生事件上也存在一定的不足，这暴露出了中医学教育在突发性公共卫生事件预防与控制方面的问题。如中医防治传染病的学科体系不完善、中医防疫治疫教学内容不全面、中西医结合仍有待加强。本文通过完善中医药防治传染病的学科体系、加强中医防疫治疫内容建设、加强中西医融合，对中医学教育体系中的不足提出了应对措施。
