    〔摘要〕 NLRP3炎症小体是炎症反应过程中极为重要的因子，能参与多种疾病尤其是脑脊髓疾病的发生发展过程，可干预中枢神经系统的调节与恢复。大量研究表明，中药相应提取物对NLRP3具有良好调节作用。本文就NLRP3炎症小体启动与激活过程，在脊髓损伤、动脉粥样硬化、抑郁症、缺血性脑卒中等脑脊髓疾病中的机制效应，以及中药提取物治疗相应疾病的动物实验研究进行综述，为临床调节NLRP3炎症小体提供有效依据。
