    〔摘要〕 在中国中西医结合学会的指导下，湖南中医药大学第一附属医院与中南大学湘雅医院共同牵头，组织心血管领域中西医结合专业专家，于2021年8月制定了《慢性心力衰竭伴利尿剂抵抗中西医结合诊疗专家共识》(以下简称《共识》)。为更好地帮助读者对《共识》进行理解，系统地解读和介绍《共识》中的重点、难点，以期读者更全面、准确地理解和临床运用《共识》，从而提高慢性心力衰竭伴利尿剂抵抗中西医结合治疗的临床疗效。
