从“心合小肠”探讨TGF-β/Smads信号通路与慢性心衰肠道微生态的相关性

罗佳敏 肖清玄 陈宇霞 陈杏 朱洁 张书萌 陈伶利 李杰〔摘要〕 慢性心力衰竭作为多种心血管疾病发展到终末期的疾病阶段,已成为当今全球高发病率和病死率的主要原因之一。肠道菌群与慢性心力衰竭的发生发展关系密切,转化生长因子-β(transforming growth factor-β, TGF-β)/Smads信号通路和/或肠道菌微生态失衡能诱导心肌纤维化,促进慢性心力衰竭的发生发展。本文从中医“心合小肠”理论出发,以TGF-β/Smads信号通路调控慢性心力衰竭为主线,探讨肠道微生态失衡在其中的作用机制,以期为慢性心力衰竭的治疗研究提供新思路和参考。
