    〔摘要〕 颈性眩晕是颈部问题导致椎基底动脉供血不足出现的眩晕性疾病，容易反复发作。严洁教授治疗颈性眩晕注重筋骨调衡，强调针刺、推拿、康复三者结合，针灸改善肌肉的痉挛劳损，推拿复位错位的寰枢关节，康复增强颈部的肌肉力量、维护正常的颈椎曲度，从而达到筋柔骨正，疗效显著，不易复发。本文对严教授的临床经验进行系统整理，总结出针、推、康一体化治疗颈性眩晕的思路与方法。
