    〔摘要〕 斑秃以头发突然出现斑片状局限性脱落为特征，严重影响患者心理健康和生活质量。心主神明，情志失调首责于心，而发属心，禀心而生长，斑秃脱发与情志失调密切相关。庄国康教授基于“心主神明”中医理论，认为心神、心血、心火与头发生长息息相关，临证常从心论治斑秃，以调心安神、补心活血以及清心降火诸法施治，并注重疏导患者心理，临床疗效佳。
