    〔摘要〕 新医科背景下，为进一步落实医教协同，推进医学教育改革与发展，提升中医院校医学人才培养质量，湖南中医药大学临床医学专业提出“一核心四融合”人才培养模式。该模式以“提升医学生岗位胜任力为导向的职业素养”为核心，通过“医学与思想教育、基础教学与临床、专业学习与科研、临床医学与中医”相互融合，培养“思想素质高、专业基础实、临床技能强、科研能力突出、中医情怀深”的高素质临床医学专业人才，为同类医学院校人才培养提供理论依据和可操作性的参考，为推进健康中国建设贡献力量。
