    〔摘要〕 《千金要方》三種代表性版本中对枳实、枳壳的记载存在明显差异，其中早期两种唐代传本《(新雕)孙真人千金方》《真本千金方》中记载的为枳实、枳壳并存，而后来的宋校通行本《备急千金要方》仅见枳实，给当今临床应用带来一定困扰。在对勘版本异文的基础上，参考相关文献，结合历史背景，提出宋校本《备急千金要方》在林亿主导下，或出于个人臆见将全书中的枳壳统一改作枳实，有违原书原貌，与宋代本草学的观点相悖。由于宋校通行本《备急千金要方》经由儒臣整理刊行，其文本具有一定程度的复杂性与不确定性，现今使用该版本时应采取审慎的态度，对关乎中医学理、法、方、药核心要素的文献资料，需要进行考证辨别。
