    〔摘要〕 王萬春教授深耕临床多年，针对男性病积累了大量经验，认为男科病现多由脾、肾不调为诱因，提出“青年多因脾虚，老年多见肾虚”“脾肾互根，补脾则肾精得充，益肾则脾气盈满”。脾为后天之本，肾为先天之本，男科病多为先天禀赋不足加之后天失于濡养，故治疗上常以调脾理肾为纲，佐以疏肝理气之法论治。脾肾阳虚者，多予菟丝子、枸杞子、山茱萸等温补脾肾，助阳化气；脾肾气虚者，多予山药、人参、淫羊藿等益脾强肾，补益气血。夹湿者，多予茯苓、白术燥湿利水；血瘀者，多予牡丹皮、当归活血化瘀。临床疗效良好，兹录其从脾、肾论治男科病医案4则，以飨同道。
