    〔摘要〕 不宁腿综合征(restless leg syndrome， RLS)是临床常见的神经内科感觉-运动障碍性疾病。从“血脉理论”角度分析RLS的中医病机与辨治，认为血脉失和为本病的核心病机；营阴亏虚、血脉不充致肢体筋脉肌肤失养或痰瘀内生，寒湿痹阻致血脉瘀滞、肢体筋脉痹阻是其病机关键。治疗上，根据疾病病机之虚实以通补血脉为治疗关键，临床选用芍药甘草汤合四物汤滋阴补血以充养血脉，血府逐瘀汤活血化瘀、二陈汤化痰祛湿、桂枝汤散寒湿以通利血脉，并注重疏肝、调情志、安神以形神同调。对于特定人群，根据其生理特点，用药宜灵活加减。
