    〔摘要〕 在国家施行三孩政策、鼓励生育的背景下，高龄女性的生育需求急剧增加。卵巢储备功能减退(diminished ovarian reserve， DOR)是损害女性生育力的重要原因，严重影响生殖健康。全国名中医尤昭玲不断总结临证经验，融贯中西，独创“冰山论”，认为沉眠于卵巢皮质内的始基卵泡犹如藏于冰山之下，依据DOR脾肾亏虚、胞宫脉络虚瘀的基本病机，自拟“助卵方”暖巢养泡，配合药膳煲、食疗糕，三者结合同步治疗，改善卵泡的数量和质量，提高DOR患者的妊娠率，为中医药治疗DOR导致的不孕症提供理论依据和治疗思路。
