    〔摘要〕 多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome， PCOS)是妇科常见的内分泌疾病，是威胁女性生殖健康的重要因素之一。其不规律的月经、肥胖、痤疮、不孕等表现严重影响女性身心健康。全国名中医尤昭玲根据疾病特质，将妇科疾病分为中医全病程管理、中医全生命周期管理、中医全疾病管理3种类型，分类管理，维系女性生殖健康、孕育安全。尤昭玲教授将PCOS归属于需要中医全生命周期管理的疾病范畴。将PCOS分为青春期、育龄期、围绝经期-绝经后期三期论治，设立A、B、C、D 4种治疗方案，为PCOS患者提供系统化、个体化、精准化的治疗方案。
