    〔摘要〕 在奥密克戎变异毒株大流行背景下，恶性肿瘤合并新型冠状病毒感染(coronavirus disease 2019， COVID-19)患者人数急剧增加，COVID-19对呼吸、循环、神经、消化等系统的损伤影响恶性肿瘤患者的预后。在COVID-19康复期调养五脏，增强正气，减少新型冠状病毒的长期损伤对恶性肿瘤患者有积极影响。探讨新型冠状病毒对恶性肿瘤的影响，结合中医药理论形成五脏康养理念，为恶性肿瘤合并COVID-19患者的康复治疗提供参考。
