    〔摘要〕 证素辨证面临诸多挑战，包括未涵盖所有病种;诊断权值无法动态调整;如何科学解读中医辨证原理。因此，尝试将刻画复杂系统有序度的“序参量”思想引入证素辨证的研究之中，提出构建基于人体主观、客观实测数据的证素序参量模型。并以干眼为例，提出研究思路及技术路线，开展定性分类下的定量研究，构建参数相空间，进一步挖掘序参量与证素的函数关系。有望开创“序参量+机器学习”的智能模式，从而实现动态调整干眼的证素辨证诊断权值，科学解读中医辨证。
