    〔摘要〕 在建设文化强国的背景下，中医药文化传承创新具有十分重要的意义，有利于增强文化自信、文化认同和文化自觉，是提升中华文化软实力的“代表”，推动中华文化“走出去”的“先锋”，推动中华文化创新的“活水”。但是，应清醒地认识到中医药文化传承创新面临发展机制不健全、人才短缺、创造性转化与创新性发展不够、对外交流传播不畅等困境。基于此，提出立足文化强国建设的战略高度，增强中医药文化的引领力;重视人才培养，提升中医药文化的生命力;聚焦理论创新和技术突破，激活中医药文化的创造力;深化中医药文化人文交流与合作，增强中医药文化的影响力等一系列举措，以期为中医药文化传承创新提供新思路。
