    〔摘要〕 近年来冠心病的流行率、死亡率呈逐年上升趋势，中医药治疗冠心病的疗效显著，其优势在于分证论治。融合现代医学疾病概念与中医证候特点的病证结合动物模型，是中医药研究的基础和重要组成部分。目前，制备冠心病病证结合动物模型主要采用的是在西医疾病模型上建立中医“证型”的方法，其中又以药物联合中医病因致病、手术联合中医病因致病、手术联合药物致病3种方式最为常见，少部分则应用了基因缺陷鼠。现通过梳理相关文献，对常用的冠心病病证结合动物模型制备方法进行阐述，分析其特点，以期为中医药防治冠心病研究提供参考和依据。

Chinese medicine is remarkably effective in treating coronary heart disease， with its advantage of treatment based on pattern differentiation.
