    〔摘要〕 寒毒之名首见于《素问·五常政大论》。随着中医肿瘤病机理论体系发展，现代医家不断丰富寒毒与肿瘤发病、转移、治疗的相关性认识。寒毒作为一种特殊的复合病机，以“癌毒”为核心，兼夹寒邪，治当温阳解毒。“温阳解毒法”适用于寒毒病邪，是选择既具有温里祛寒之功，又兼具抗癌解毒之效药物组方的对应性治法，是多种肿瘤各期辨证应用的复合治法，也是恶性肿瘤的临床主要治法。“温阳解毒法”所应用的药物主要适用于癌毒夹寒的复合病机，代表药物包括附子、干姜、桂枝、川乌、花椒等。
