    〔摘要〕 通过列举国医大师林天东运用补中益气汤治疗痿病、阴吹、异位妊娠(合用寿胎丸)、虚劳、臁疮(合用五味消毒饮)的典型病案，总结林天东教授临证运用补中益气汤辨治多种疾病的经验。“异病同治”的核心是辨证精准。林天东教授基于“异病同治”的中医原则，以补中益气汤为主方，通过辨病、辨证加减用药，在内、外、妇、儿等多科疾病取得了较好的中医疗效，擴大了补中益气汤临床应用范围。
