    〔摘要〕 总结乳腺癌相关抑郁状态的治疗思路与方法，认为乳腺癌相关抑郁状态发生的重要病机在于“水寒木郁”，阳虚水寒乃病之根本，肝木郁结乃病之肇始，水寒则不能温养肝木，木郁则条达之性失常，木郁则不能生火，君火不明，心神失养。并由此提出主张温肾燮肝，注重温补肾阳以培元，同时不忘燮理肝木以解郁，以期肝肾同治。
