基于肠道菌群探讨中医药治疗慢性肾衰竭的研究进展
吴正飞,谢丽萍,黄盼黎,莫姿姿,张樱芳〔摘要〕 肠道菌群与慢性肾衰竭(chronic renal failure, CRF)之间存在双向调节:一方面,肠源性尿毒症毒素(gut-derived uremic toxin, GDUT)直接影响CRF的进展;另一方面,CRF患者的肠道微生态紊乱,大量GDUT产出。肠道菌群是循环发生的始动因子,肠道微生态紊乱使肠毒素累积,进而引起肠道屏障的破坏,大量肠毒素入血,引发一系列与肾脏相关的炎症、氧化、促纤维化机制反应,导致CRF进展。基于中医药研究现状,查阅相关文献,通过综述硫酸吲哚酚、硫酸对甲酚和氧化三甲胺等主要GDUT影响CRF的作用机制,并探讨中医药治疗基于肠道菌群干预CRF进展的研究现状,为未来临床疾病的治疗提供参考。
