〔摘要〕 阴阳平衡是中医理论的一个重要概念，中医学认为阴阳平衡才是机体的最佳状态。巨噬细胞调节创面再生修复，在不同刺激下可分化成M1型巨噬细胞和M2型巨噬细胞。M1型与M2型巨噬细胞在创面愈合过程中的动态变化与阴阳平衡理论内涵相似。如果在创面愈合过程中，巨噬细胞平衡被扰乱，阴阳失衡，则会导致过度炎症或者病理性瘢痕。以阴阳平衡理论为指导，从巨噬细胞表型出发就近年来对创面愈合的作用机制展开综述，以期为临床治疗提供新思路。
