〔摘要〕 宫腔粘连是现代社会导致女性复发性流产的重要因素。尤昭玲教授从中西结合的角度出发，运用阴道三维超声对子宫内膜容受性的评估建立宫腔粘连的评分标准，通过判断宫腔粘连的不同程度决定治疗复发性流产的中西诊疗方案。对于轻中度宫腔粘连患者，提出带粘速孕，顺应月经的生理周期，从肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫轴学说论治宫腔粘连所致复发性流产，提出既需孕前调理助孕(月经期活血行气、清热化瘀；卵泡期补肾健脾、滋阴养血；排卵期温阳行气)，同时也要注重孕后保胎，从而提高妊娠成功率。
