〔摘要〕 青光眼的典型表现是病理性眼压升高，手术疗法是一种迅速降低眼压的治疗手段。而青光眼滤过手术的成功率与术后抗瘢痕化有密切关系，术后抗瘢痕化成为提高青光眼手术成功率的重要议题。除了传统的抗代谢药物，目前已有新型抗代谢药物、新型分子生物材料、基因材料等，中医药同时也在抗瘢痕化方面有所研究。本文对近年来青光眼滤过术后的抗瘢痕化研究进行综述。
