〔摘要〕 “三因制宜”是中医经典理论，贯穿古今，其中“因时制宜”最能体现中医“天人相应，整体观念”的辨证论治思想。贾英杰教授从事中医药防治恶性肿瘤工作近四十载，传承经典并创新性提出“癌浊”病机概念和“黜浊培本”理论，临证观察发现恶性肿瘤患者素体虚弱，易受季节变化影响，故强调治疗应结合季节特点，法时用药。长夏季节湿热，最易蕴结化浊，与“癌浊”内外相合，极易生变。总结贾英杰教授在长夏季节治疗恶性肿瘤的用药特点，以期指导临床应用。
