〔摘要〕 抑郁症是临床常见情绪障碍疾病，是当今社会重要的公共卫生问题。中医药在治疗抑郁症方面有丰富的临床经验，并且有明确的临床疗效，但其作用机制尚未完全明确。科学可靠的病证结合动物模型是探索中医药防治抑郁症相关机制的关键。通过查询相关中文数据库，归纳总结6种抑郁症病证结合动物模型，包括肝气郁结证、肝郁脾虚证、肾阴虚证、肾阳虚证、阴虚内热证、气虚证。对6种病证结合的具体造模方法和模型评价进行简单的阐述，同时提出并分析目前研究的不足之处，以期为研究人员提供参考。
