〔摘要〕 吴汉仙，湖湘名中医，湖南国医专科学校(湖南中医药大学前身)创始人之一。本文通过整理吴汉仙在近代“中医存废”之争中，为维护中医药传承以及探索中医药教育发展作出的突出贡献，探究其“中西医一家”的思想内涵，从而为中医药高等教育传承创新发展提供有益启示和参照。
