〔摘要〕 作为中华民族的瑰宝，中医药在健康中国的伟大实践中，传承精华、守正创新，走向现代化、产业化、国际化。湖南作为中医药资源大省，正加速建设中医药强省，而要实现这一跨越，尚需解决中医药人才的掣肘问题。为解决这一现实难题，湖南中医药大学精准对接中医药全产业链，积极探索科教融合、产研融合的培养模式，优化教育链，赋能人才链，激活创新链，服务产业链，通过“四链”融合，助力中医药全产业链高质量发展。
