〔摘要〕 回顾湖南中医药大学学位与研究生教育45年发展与改革的做法与成效。45年来湖南中医药大学学位授予体系日益完善，“医学+”学科发展新模式逐渐形成；不断推进研究生教育分类发展，深化医教协同人才培养改革；大力加强导师队伍的建设，提高研究生培养质量；打造奖助育人新格局，助力高层次人才培养；建设健全质量保障和监控机制，有力保障学位论文质量，人才培养质量持续提升。同时，分析了学位与研究生教育发展过程中存在的问题，提出了进一步深化改革的方向。

    Exploration and practice of degree and postgraduate education in

    Hunan University of Chinese Medicine

    〔Abstract〕 This paper reviews the practices and achievements of 45 years of development and reform in degree and postgraduate education at Hunan University of Chinese Medicine (HUNCM). Specifically， over the past 45 years， HUNCM has witnessed a progressively refined degree-granting system and the gradual emergence of a new "Medicine+" discipline development model. It has promoted the categorized development of postgraduate education and continuously deepened reforms in collaborative medical and educational talent cultivation. Significant efforts have been made to strengthen the construction of the mentorship team and enhance the quality of postgraduate education. A new pattern of scholarship and financial aid system has been established to support the cultivation of high-level talents. A comprehensive quality assurance and monitoring mechanism has been established to effectively guarantee the quality of dissertations as well as to continuously improve the quality of talent cultivation.
