〔摘要〕 总结潘敏求教授基于“郁”“毒”“虚”运用舒瘀消疬方辨治甲状腺癌的临证经验。潘敏求教授认为甲状腺癌的病因病机主要为“郁”“毒”“虚”相互作用，临床中总结出气滞痰凝、肝郁化火、痰结血瘀、气阴两虚4个证型，并以此病机创制辨病治疗甲状腺癌专方“舒瘀消疬方”以化痰散结、破血逐瘀、补脾疏肝，本方一方面强调扶助不足之正气，另一方面亦兼顾祛除肿块实邪。潘敏求教授在临证中以舒瘀消疬方为主方，强调要随时注意病证的发展变化，根据脉证的变化随证治之，灵活加减化裁，在临床上取得较好的疗效。
