〔摘要〕 新医科是新时期中医药工作的发展方向，“大国计、大民生、大学科、大专业”的人才培养定位要求高等中医院校必须探讨更符合时代背景的中医拔尖人才培养模式，切实解决中医学生不熟悉经典、不会实践操作、不了解科研、难以面对患者等问题。本文以湖南中医药大学为例，从经典教学、实训课程、创新科研、伦理教育等角度重点探索新医科背景下中医拔尖人才培养模式，力求为中医拔尖人才培养提供新思路，助力新时代中医的继承发展、守正创新。
