〔摘要〕 现代产业学院是高等教育支撑经济高质量发展的必然要求，也是推动高校特色发展的重要举措。本文以湖南中医药大学创新中药现代产业学院的研究为例，通过案例分析和实践总结介绍创新中药现代产业学院的发展定位、建设路径及面临的挑战。研究从产教融合培养、课程专业优化、助力地方经济等多角度出发，介绍了改革方法和创新实践。结果表明，创新中药现代产业学院在人才培养、学科建设、服务地方和国际化发展等方面取得了显著成效。本研究探讨了如何建设政府、高校、企业的融合发展体系，为中医药院校现代产业学院的持续建设和中医药特色发展提供了参考和借鉴。
